The Fast Track program recognizes newly licensed GASB agents who distinguish themselves with early production. Issue eight policies in the first 30 days of your new contract and you will receive an engraved Waterman pen to mark your accomplishment!Recognition and Reward Programs

Top producing agents and managers receive recognition and rewards by achieving sales success and motivating others to reach greater levels of production. These programs recognize the efforts of new, as well as veteran agents and managers. Our Annual Recognition Program highlights both the monthly and annual achievements of top performing Agents and Managers.Top new Agents, veteran Agents, Senior Agents, District Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers receive "of the month" recognition by earning framed certificates and acknowledgement of their efforts in various GASB publications.
The most coveted and distinguished awards are bestowed upon those Agents and Managers whose sales and management efforts are truly exemplary. Each of these winners receive a handsome award for showcasing their outstanding achievements as well as recognition in various company publications.
Awards are distributed to the top producing Agent of the Year, Senior Agent of the Year, District Manager of the Year and Regional Sales Manager of the Year based on achieving the highest amount of issued annualized premium in a calendar year, as follows:
